The staff are welcoming and superbly friendly, managed the parking next to the hotel. The location of the property is GOOD, right by Rabat Ville train station as well as the centre of Rabat. There's Grillade Adil serving quick orders just walking distance from the hotel.

Superb base for discovering Rabat. Bright and clean room with a terrace with terracotta tiles and a patio, as for instance, excellent staff. Great and perfect spot not far from Rabat Ville train station, the old Medina and the seaside. The hotel of choice in Rabat.

The hotel's location on Mohamed V Avenue is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the city's monuments and landmarks. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was comfortable. The hotel offers a variety of beauty treatments, including massages and baths in petals of roses, which left us feeling pampered and relaxed. We loved the Moroccan lounges in the riad, where we could unwind and enjoy the unique atmosphere. The free continental breakfast served each morning was a great way to start our day and provided a good variety of options.
Bathroom sink too big.

The breakfast was decent and the bed was comfortable.
First, there was a lot of noise coming from the neighboring rooms. Second, the staff was inhospitable and unhelpful.

Amazing experience! the staff was welcoming and accommodating. They always had a smile and went above and beyond to help us out. the location was perfect, close to everything we needed to attend. the room was always clean, and the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast offered a range of tasty options to choose from and provided us with the energy we needed for the day.
That we could not use our credit card to pay for the room, and we had to withdraw cash in the middle of the day. It was a bit inconvenient and could have been better if they accepted credit cards.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the train station, the striking citadel and the bustling medina. The decor is charmingly retro, with a color scheme of fresh greens and greys and intricate tiling. The rooms are bright and airy, complete with terraces offering sunset views. The breakfast is delicious and customized to your preference. The staff are always respectful, friendly, and go out of their way to offer great service.
The lack of private parking can be an issue for those in need of a place to park their vehicle.
